The available speed depends on the quality of the radio conditions. Therefore it is important to retrieve and store the information on the radio conditions which prevailed during the measurement. The available radio parameters vary between different mobile network technologies and operating systems. Therefore it is recommended to retrieve all the available parameters, provided by the mobile handset, e.g.: RSSI, RSCP, ASU, BER, CQI, RSSNR, Ec/No.
