I think many of the crowdfunding platforms offer toolkits and information on how to crowdfund successfully. I wouldn't consider this a case for the European Commission. It would be much better to highlight best cases so people can learn from that (P2P)

There is a lot of material on crowdfunding on the Internet. Whoever is seriously interested will find more than enough stuff. Structured and trustworthy information may nonetheless be be warranted if its easily found. This reduces search time but must offer a realistic assessment of crowdfunding.
